man that’s my exact same dream. I reckon in about 5 years I’ll accomplish that. I got $1mil down now but gee it’s growing quickly, all DRP’s set, all cash each pay goes straight to it. If I can do it by 40 I’m pretty stoked. But thinking I’ll need at least run course till 42-43. Should be running $2mil by then, and have a pretty reliable $120k salary without going backwards. Probably just rent my pad out once I set sail and just let that moolah pool up. $2k a week is happy days. But only need it to last for 20ish years than I’ll get the next 20 years covered by superannuation.
