Could not disagree more vehemently with this shallow analysis.
Funds management has never been a 1 strike and you are out business. It is a cyclical industry, Pendal as classic example.
Investors need to be discerning with the comments offered on a public forum, including my own.
What is that expression again? "Advice is worth what you paid for it".
MFG is not a simple beast and its financial destiny will not easily be ascertained. Whilst investors like myself see risk, we also see potential reward. The risk of course is that the anticipated outcome may not come to fruition and the price paid was too high.
That people, is what a market is all about. A buyer and a seller can never both be right.
