I would appreciate confirmation or correction, however I believe that given AMX was profitable on listing there is no requirement for them to produce 4Cs. This would only change at the request of the ASX.
AMX only became unprofitable as they transitioned to a SaaS model and entered the US, which requires the upfront investment in building the database and in sales, respectively.
I would say that had the company wanted to stay small, doing project work in Australia (i.e. retained profitability) then then would not have needed to list on the ASX to raise capital.
