Agree they have moved away in terms of product offering. AMX has a much bigger TAM.
I'd agree with you 1 year ago on SaaS but in this economic climate revenue is revenue, SaaS or IaaS doesn't command a higher multiple given higher discount rates used and also higher SG&A costs.
