As I’m sure you are aware, they were out of the money LTI options so it would not make sense to exercise them. This is not “bad” as you’ve suggested.
Will be interesting to see if their new AI “insights” platform will have any impact on the upcoming results as this brings them more in line with Nearmap’s current offering.
