Watched a podcast a few weeks back where the CEO indicated they had done work with Pointerra, but subsequently elected to build their own capability for Cloud storage, AI driven data analytics and providing 'superior / highly accurate' Lidar outputs / visualisations.
They confirmed again this morning, indicating that they now control the entire customer solution. Claim to have 17.8% share of the Aussie market via MetroMap ( now a subscription service with photo )contract projects being phased out) and have had their first successes in the USA. Sights on infrastructure spend in the USA. Also vegetation mgt & risk management eg Insurance Companies.
One to be watched I think. Sound economic platform and investment in 'higher rated' new sensors during the first half of FY2021 already delivering higher quality, greater efficiencies and stimulating ' value proposition' led growth. Claim to be right up there with the best. The inability to travel abroad (Covid) remains a challenge but despite this, they promote current momentum and therefore high expectations for FY2022.
