Eagleview had purchased Spookfish for $90M US and now Aerometrex...

Eagleview had purchased Spookfish for $90M US and now Aerometrex have paid $1.5M for Spookfish (I'm not sure how the contract works, whether it's just their previous imagery in Aus or also ongoing). The last full revenue i saw for Spookfish before being bought out by Eagleview was annual 31 Dec 2017 13.4mill for the year (with a 10mill loss overall). This might have included the initial payment received from their partner at the time Eagleview for the first lot of camera systems in their US collaboration. The revenue was $4.1M half-year before Eagleview proceeded the buying, so perhaps you could really roughly assume Spookfish was bringing an annual revenue of $8M from their imagery service.

My understanding is that the Aerometrex acquisition of Spookfish has allowed them to add more historical imagery coverage to their service. E.g. In Sydney cbd i can see that there are now five historic imagery dates available from Spookfish dating back to 2018 ontop of the large Aerometrex Catalogue. Does anyone know if Eagleview/Spookfish will continue to operate and provide AMX imagery?
