I did well with BMN in the past. They hit $4.00 at one stage and are currently in the past they are currently 24.5c. Their processing costs are fairly high and they are working at getting their mining license. I am not sure whether they are undervalued.

Take the risk when you see something that is obviously undervalued. See MLS (current 3.3 c) - RadonX survey indicated higher median readings than EXT (current $8.55) over a larger area...exploration continuing. RadonX measures uranium decay not Thorium...see HC thread for detailed discussions.
