    Just someone keeping it down I would say so they can accumulate.

    VWAP 30.6 is the best indicator of manipulation. 10 000 traded at quarter to 4 to bring it down from 31. Note both were cross trades too, which doesn't confirm manipulation but fuels my suspicion.
