NUKE - you are right here. This is very undervalued.
One thing to note here is that it wont be ATQ that builds the power station. That will be a separate project. ATQ will supply the coal at about 1.5mtpa initially which will be their major domestic offtake partner. It will cost well north of 500m to build that station so it is more like a government project.
It will be interesting to see what the bulk samples look like for the export customers.
Also, I am not too sure as to the actual timetable for the "mini mine" and a more definitive "BFS"
However, the main point here is that this company is vervy undervalued. Problems are lack of publicity, failure to meet targets set by themselves etc.
I think the new management are taking the right track and looking to do it properly.
