When fluffy said: It can't get too much better", he is referring to the company. They are doing everything they can and are ticking all the boxes.
What he should have said was: "PNX are doing everything that they can"
And when he said: " the market is asleep", he means exactly that. The "investors" couldn't see a potential nth bagger at the moment if it came up and slapped them in the head.
This one is it... Copper is in the news ATM, it's one hot property and PNX will be producing in just over a month. Unlike SFR and others who have quantity, we will be producing now... and following up with new resources and JORC's whilst the money is coming in.
The market will have to recognise its true potential... eventually.
