undervalued

I have said it a number of times and i will say it again. Too many investors may slavish attention to the price of a stock without understanding the value of the company's resources.

This price information is easy to obtain on a daily basis. But it is of no use, if one does not understand the underlying value the firm actually holds. Money is made on the arbitrage between PRICE and VALUE.

OVR's Mine Value - > 800 million

OVR's Net Present Value - 174 million [undiscounted]

OVR's Current Market Cap - 27.1 million

In the midst of momentum traders having a field day on the markets, the basic facts is lost among most investors who are in OVR. First ask yourself why you had bought the stock. Then ask yourself if anything has changed in the company's production plan and results in the past year.

Answering those questions would make things pretty clear the market is discrediting their results and underlying value. Therein lies the current disconnect in my opinion. It is up to potential investors if they are ready to do the math and due diligence.

I am holding my shares and contrary to opinion, have not sold any of my holdings. My play is to reassess when at 45cps...if i am wrong i will take it on the chin. But if i am right, the rewards are tremendous.

Always do your own due diligence and filter the noise from the music.
