The sp cant go anywhere until DFT stages 2/3 are funded....the market knows stage 1 finish is "imminent" and therefore stages 2/3 approx $2.5 mill has to be raised "imminently"...some how.....hence the selling into the MoU.
Interestingly - the 0.6 buyers consistently still turn up WITHOUT receiving the free oppie.
Japan, China, Korea and India are the top 4 for both thermal and coking coal imports.
ECT have recently ann ALL 4 of them are in negotiations with ECT....the DFT stages 2/3 funding will be the re-rate trigger...de-risked to get a DFT result....cant be far away imo
