Should ECT fail to raise funding for stages 2 & 3 then the company is finished. What are the chances of that happening? I doubt they would be talking about Korea, China, India, Japan, Latrobe Valley if they wern't confident of raising the funds....plus I doubt they would have raised the $3m recently if shareholders wern't confident either.
