I agree with your sentiments, there are a few milestones that may be holding it back at present. 1. Rail agreement, that has been delayed and is a big issue. 2. Sentiment-so many people believe that IO prices are bound to crash, what they fail to think about is that many mines are not viable if IO slips below $100/tonne, not here so much in other areas of the world. 3. Goes with 2, negative news, fortunately AGO ignores this and carries on regardless and does continue to deliver, yes not perfectly, but management is very switched on, the 'value-fines' sales show that they look outside the square.
