The ability for the Japanese to deny anything is wrong is most clearly illustrated by an economy that has basically had no growth for close to 25years. So living in denial on Fukushima and therefore not doing whats required to clean it up/contain it doesn't surprise me.
That said, despite all "the Fukushima fears" the U story and the underlying drivers for it go way way beyond Japan and Fukushima IMO.
Maybe you are right that this has something to do with driving the share price, but then why suddenly is ERA down 5% on a day that PDN is up 2% ??
