    CSR is the buy of the century. Seriously, results for year to Sept 30 will show strong growth with another hike in divvy likely. The housing market has plenty left in the tank and with interest rates so low I can't see anything but increasing demand. Prices may stabilise but new homes will continue to be built and bought as population rises. This stock is the best value on the market my reams IMO. I'm adding every day.
