The company is undervalued and the share price hovers around the the same level. Having a look at the organisations operations in particular the BAA side of the business shows a huge growth potential. The current share price seems to only reflect the insecurity with the VET fee system, not taking into account the stream lining of the business and the growth potential moving forward with the registered training organisation side of Simonds Homes.
