I am very dubious about the cupric operating costs. UG mining at Kamoa is projected to be around $30-$40 per tonne plus another $12 per tonne processing. Add on smelter charges, admin costs, sustaining capital and POOF! there goes any margin. Fortunately Kamoa has higher grade and thus will be profitable. Can't say the same for Cupric.
As cupric has a plant already, there won't be much debt payback, but that doesn't affect OPEX.
