Tried looking into Pershing. They won't answer their phone. If I am correct they are part of or a subsidiary of massive N.Y. bank. DYOR.
Not suggesting that PSC is big fish for them but if they wanted to drive the share price a particular way it would be child's play for them.
They are the dark horse in this. Majority shareholders.
I guess they must know a lot more than the average investor.
