On a more sober note, looks like 0.3 c is the break even point for whatever is being cooked up behind closed doors. The Petersons', Ananda's and others Capitalists who now have a sizable stake in this shell (whether by design or misfortune) will do what they always do, make money in the long run.
The mums and dads and the small time investors, as usual, get kept in the dark and strung along, then finally squeezed out and shafted (ie. small parcel share buyback).
