THRED IS DEAD! There will be no takeover, it will be another reverse listing. Current management will be dumped and replaced with some new muppets for a new venture. They have already gutted the budget for staff, R&D and Sales & Marketing in the next quarterly forecast. The cleanup and dump of small shareholders has started and the registered office has moved and many shareholders have lost money.
The players are the same, doing what they do best.
