They were suspended because they didnt lodge their statutory accounts on time due to delays in getting info from an overseas subsidiary.
I think they are taking their time getting back trading while they sort through the numerous problems the board face at the moment.
I took up the rights issue but it feels like chucking good money after bad. They are solvent at the moment, but that may be temporary.
