Kingsrose Mining (ASX: KRM) is pleased to announce that it has appointed highly experienced resources executive
Peter Lester as an Independent Non-executive Director, effective immediately.
Mr Lester’s previous executive positions include Executive General Manager – Corporate Development Newcrest
Mining Ltd where he spent 3 years leading the Gosowong project in Indonesia from studies through permitting
and design to start of construction; Executive General Manager – Corporate Development at Oxiana Ltd, where he
played a leading role in several key acquisitions and Executive Director at Citadel Resource Group. More recently
as a consultant, Mr Lester provided services to Martabe Gold Mine in Sumatra, Indonesia.

There couldn't be a better guy at the wheel knowing a bit about Indonesia

The Top 20 Shareholders of KRM hold 73.63% of shares on issue.

Lets not forget they are still producing the GOLD off the Tailings until end july
Next Quarterly report will be a massive kicker adding to their large CASH / BULLION holdings
A negative EV is a very rare thing especially when its linking to a GOLD / SILVER producing company

What he does he pulls out his sale when market closes and puts it back next day ..he’s a broker ....
I expect to KRM to have more than $40m In the bank in the next Q report (next month)
