If you look at the agenda for the coming annual general meeting, there are amendments to the company constitution;
1) Directors can issue shares to the tune of 15% of current issued shares, in any one year, WITHOUT seeking share holders' approval.
2) Removing the restrictions on directors acting as directors of other companies!!!!...Well, I guess HTW will be glad to hear that!!!

BTW, does any one have a take on the changes to article 51 of the constitution??
