    perhaps because its not actually a miner. BRO ownes a possition in a mining project, but the core business remains telecomunications technology.

    Besides, being bellow 1c doesnt mean anything, its all relative. If you have 10 shares valued at $1000each, the value is the same as if you had 1000shares at $10
