    - Property development rather than house sales

    - Sell to the established home owner looking to upgrade - in a downturn, this homeowner may not move.


    Lots of positives for the stock but sentiment is against it.

    I think it will do alright. I have it in the top shelf. Good opportunity approaching i think...
