Thanks for the post vorno and antman. Good to see some interest on this stock.

I think BLP is a good long termer and we should see some price bouyancy in 08. i have a lot more confidence in BLP than some of the other high yielding property stocks currently on offer.

You are correct Antman that BLP has high debt ratio but as a Babcock&Brown entity I think there is little chance of a default. Think of how bad it would be for their brand if BLP went under. They would bail BLP out somehow and the shareholders would probably never know there was an issue.
