Your point is stupid. SOI is irrelevant esp. when arguing 1.1bn vs .85bn. Market cap is what matters and RAPs is lower. RAP have decided to slash their market value today by offering stock at 5.8c as well. The pro forma market cap is $49m, less than 2/3 that of PCK.
Unsurprising given how terrible the company is and the discount needed to attract buyers. But keep going, judge companies on the SOI if that's what floats your boat.
Is not like RAP are acquiring anything or building anything, it's all going in to working capital and paying staff. Sad.
