All the owners of the project are currently negotiating a higher price than US$650mil with the proposed acquiree.
The reason for the drop could be that there may be a delay in Mining at the projects as it needs to get approval from local community groups and apparantly 1 or more are playing hardball at the moment.....this "may" be the reason for the fall, I dunno!
