Guys, a question I've been meaning to ask the directors but haven't been able to catch them with is.. If the sale of the assets goes through, and the deal is not a full take-over or buyout of shares, then how do we, as shareholders, receive the benefit of the USD$450m?

I suspose you continue to own shares in a company underwriten by $450mn+ in cash.
Co wont trade below cash backing. So SP will reflect the sale none the less.
Mind you, mgnt could easily give back the money via a special dividend
