Xerxes looks like the director derailed the last attempt for the stock to rally by selling 15 million odd shares but these shares may have been the ones that were purchased at .06 odd.
Directors history suggests they buy and sell regularly guess this time if they wish to purchase they will have to buy at a higher price.
