Jig,
We will knows in days when they announce their results. The first half EPS is 4.5cents and analyst are predicting the second half will be from 4.5 to 4.7 cents. Based on a EPS of 9 cents the PE is only 6.44 and appears cheap for a company like MXI
The risk is whether the company can contain the labor costs competing with the resource sector and the effect of the drought.
Used to hold and trade this stock.
