Ah good to see I'm not the only one watching MXI on here.
I was a little conservative on my earnings predictions so your PE estimate is comforting given mine is only slightly higher.
I'm hoping we've seen the worst of the drought, but your right re: labour costs being a factor.
The divident yield is certainly appealing and as you say this company is quite cheap compared to the industry norm, which leads me to feel there is always the chance of T/O from rival companies...possibly a bit far fetched in current market climate but always something to consider.
