I wonder if the move to clean up the financial affairs of the investments in Canada was an initiative from the underwriter Baker Young. If so, it is in the underwriter's best interest to lend money to WBE so it can get back on track. Just realised the potential multibagger for Baker if oil production picks up given current oil price. Massive pump coming, no doubt.
