The MD would have to be the most dodgy character running a show going around. The shareholder destruction that has taken place ($10 to raising at 8.5-10 cents) is an abomination. All this while he has been gauging company funds to his own business Beaconwood who surprise surprise wanted to underwrite the raising and get paid handsomely to do so. The company secretary (a part timer) gets paid over $300k!!
The best chance this company has to survive is HII being on the register with Tom Crage taking an active interest. Mr Kennett bailed along time ago. Much better places to burn your money elsewhere. I found that out the hard way.
