I would say the down side for us holders is 1.5c.
Just remember that only a gross proceeds of $9.78 million from 1,600 retailed applications received for the $28.7m allocation offer for retail holders..
BlackRock funds, JP Morgan Asset Management UK and Resource Capital probably end up with $19mil shortfalls.. PEN is not going anywhere as distribution on the secondary market occur over the next few weeks or even months...
