It is a good arrangement. Lets management get on with the job of planning the exploration program and undertaking drilling program to their best abilities without having the hassle of worrying where the funds are coming from.
The market liked the decision = PXG is up when many goldies are down today.
I hope PXG can do what SAR has achieved with its low grade depost.
