    I presume the funding facility you are referring to with GDN is the $5 m share placement with Oceanic Asset Management.

    Slightly less material than the $100 m facility for CVI - additionally, I think the climate now is a lot harsher.

    Still your overall point that sophisticates can get it wrong is correct - just look at all the US investment banks at present.
