Yeah it is Snacks.
Of interest also is the Nexoil/CityView/Energy Africa reference as Toph says.
No mention of Quest, or anyone else. CVI will takeover Energy Africa, so that will leave Nexoil and CVI as the owners of the permit. I wouldnt think a local "business house" will want too be controlling the implementation of an oil exploration and development venture.
CVI may get Quest involved in the development, but I would think CVI will start up with 66% or more of the lease. That would be awesome!!
