correction of error in my previous post Sorry guys, I've made an error. KR could not have possibly known that Ord Min would pull out of underwriting the options prior to Jan 12. I think it is reasonable to assume that KR only came to know of the Ord Min pull out at around Feb 7. With regard to this one specific point, I retract any suggestion that KR is in breach of continuous disclosure regulations.

Please also ignore my comments about a possible return of funds gained through options conversion. Under the circumstances, this is not a realistic possibility. By my estimates, QRS has around 10 months of cash.

However, my central point remains. Sometime after Jan 12, Ord Min made a decision not to underwrite the options. Was this decision based on new information/research? I maintain that shareholders are entitled to know why Ord Min pulled out (and the ASX agrees with me on this point). Furthermore, I think 20c option holders have a right to be angry with KR and Ord Min given their glowing reports of QRS at the time.
