So ... 26.9 million shares get allotted to Grosvenor Gold Pty...

    So ... 26.9 million shares get allotted to Grosvenor Gold Pty Limited ! And recently RNI struck a deal to "acquire all the issued capital of Grosvenor Gold Pty. limited".
    If the details in the announcements are correct ... then does that not follow that RNI will own approx 17% of the newly diluted ALY.?
    Maybe my earlier prediction of a tie up between RNI & ALY was not so far fetched. It might also explain why RNI have agreed to such a high price for Grosvenor Gold.
