I know it's futile and a total waste of time, but i rang ASIC and got a sympathetic customer service guy, who lodged a complaint for me and read it all back to make sure it was what i wanted to say, mentioning how the U orders can (and is) be used as a manipulation tool and force people to sell cheap, or be cancelled before execution like happened very recently (2 U's cancelled and price shot up 4c) Funnily enough while i was talking to him the order got executed at 1.45pm in a big line-wipe, so it was probably a 200k-400k size order. I also made mention of the unfairness of the half cent trades in TLS and other companies priced over $2, which we the great unwashed cant do. I await their response, which i will post here when i get it.
