water is real property to farmers, they can trade it, have rights over it. Don't see much difference with carbon credits - imo it is 'real property' - very dangerous move by this gov to lockup ownership in such a way that it cannot be easily undone.
oh I forgot - we are purchasing these carbon credits from os, will they need to go through quarrantine ?
