The company I work for signed up on 2 year contract just after paywall went up. From memory the IT guy told me we paid for 1 year in advance. I guess the 13.4 million may represent those customers signed later on, who still have to pay for their 2nd year, whereas the burst of subs signing up when we did, will have likely paid for the 2nd year, and unless they have exceeded their data cap like us and re-signed for a further period into the future, like we have I believe, then there will be no future unearned income relating to those subscribers, yet they will still likely sign again looking at the historic retention percentages. To simplify it a bit, I woudl just take 22000 subs, attrbute an average of $1000 to $1100 each and add some further cust no. growth and ARPU growth with data use model, extra product access etc. I reckon we're looking at a 30 mil annual revenue run rate by july 2015
