Pages 7 & 8 stood out big time for me!!!

They do a 'sum of the parts' valuation on what each project COULD be worth for which VRL has...

Obviously A LOT needs to go right, but 23-bags!!! WOWOWOWOW

This definitely validates MY investment thesis
