Ever since getting into OSL I've felt uneasy about their timeline. They've shown CE Mark as 'happening' since at least Oct 2014, yet in March they said they were going to
"...file for CE Mark in both pancreatic and liver cancer indications in H2, 2015"
This meant I found the previous reference to CE Mark application misleading.
Then in the May 2015 presentation they refer to CE Mark approval as being Q3 2015. Surely this is ridiculously optimistic. I looked at a few other similar devices going through the CE Mark process recently. The one I found with start/finish info showed that 12 mths seems much more likely. And that's with a far more extensive PhIII trial behind it to support the application.
Yet OSL is suggesting it will be done and dusted in less than 3 mths.
I like the product, but I sold my holding in this mornings spike because I don't trust management's timeline. I think we'll be well into 2016 before seeing it even close to marketing authorisation.
