The IDE issue puzzles me.
My understanding (and I am happy to be corrected) was
1) IDE is very important for US use of OSL products.
2) If you have an IDE - then you can do the trial without funding every case, as the insurance companies carry some of the costs.
It makes me wonder if the US trial has fallen even further behind...
