yeah of coarse never been any different since the Howard government changed all the rules so they could spend 3 times as much on 'the unemployed' and achieve half of what was already understood, Aussies on average like nothing better than to stick it to another aussie in the name of a chosen political ideology.
I get the fuller picture double the 'offical' figure for the unemployed and if one want to catch also those forced politically to remain disassociated/disenfranchised and therefore not ever again participating in society/community at the level their FREE choice would have choosen...triple the 'official' figure.
next lesson lol to garnish an understanding of the more raw real world average income amount...halve the governments official figure and add 10%.
