No real supprise. If housing costs rise faster than inflation, Discretionary Spending must be impacted. Stage two is the retail sector colaspses. Now we are on stage three - people loosing their jobs. stage four is mortgage defaults.
But don't be alarmed, its not due to anything at 'home', but rather the eurozone!
